Returns Policy

Every Shoe is customized by hand upon order. Each shoe is customized by hand on the size and style ordered by the customer. All sales for custom shoes are final, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges as every shoe is custom made to order.

If you wish to make a change in the size or design ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours have passed, we begin the production process and orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

Production and Processing time

Orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will be updated with a tracking number. Processing times are subject to change depending on volume. You can always contact us to receive an update on your order by filling out a contact form on our website.
